No Hassle Exchange & Refunds Policy

Exchanges
To exchange undamaged goods within 90 days that were correctly ordered & shipped to you,

We require:
1. That you ship the items to the point of origin (at your expense). You will need to complete and return the Refunds and Exchanges Form, located here.

Refunds for Orders Damaged During Shipping
For items damaged during shipping or missing items to your original order, we will issue an exchange/replacement.

In this unlikely event, we require:
1. That you notify us within 5 days of delivery and upon request, you agree to:
a. Retain the parcel for an additional 10 business days to allow our shipper to examine the damaged parcel(s).
b. Email to us digital photos of the parcel(s).

Refunds for Orders Not Damaged During Shipping
To request a return and refund of undamaged, non special order items within 90 days, we offer a full refund (minus shipping costs).

You agree to, and we require:
1. A $20 handling and restocking fee
2. That you ship the items (at your expense) to the point of origin.
3. Complete our Return our Refunds and Exchanges Form, located here.

No warranty, exchanges or returns on electrical items.
